The Semi Vertical Bike Rack is a space-saving solution that is both robust and affordable. Due to it being one of the most popular bike racks we offer, we believe it deserves its very own post. Continue reading to find out what makes our Semi Vertical Bike Rack unique?
Space-saving
The Semi Vertical Bike Rack makes extensive use of available space. Due to the bike being semi-vertical can be staggered in height with just 305mm of centre space. Furthermore, you can park the bikes closer together than on traditional racks because of the staggered heights, which is very beneficial in tight spaces. For example, you could easily fit this bike rack beneath your staircase at home or at work.
Where can I put the semi-vertical bike rack?
Anywhere. It’s waterproof, and you can use it both indoors and out in car parks, offices, garages, sheds, and sidewalks.
Security
On the Semi Vertical Bike Rack, there are three locking places. You will find these on front and back wheels, as well as the frame in the middle. We can add a locking bar in the centre of the bike rack so that bikers may use their D locks there.
It’s strong
This rack is constructed of solid steel with a galvanised finish that is extremely sturdy and long-lasting.
Simple to put together
It comes flat-packed and can fit through any doorway. We also supply a diagram that demonstrates how to assemble the rack. From here, it’s now only a matter of screwing the frame together, mounting the bike racks, and bolting into the floor (if desired).
Size is adjustable
We manufacture this bike rack to order, so we can construct a frame for you if you need three, four, five, thirteen, twenty-four, or sixty-eight bikes. Due to the brackets being fastened side by side with no loss of space, it’s a very versatile method to store your bikes. To figure out how many bicycles you can fit in a room, all you have to do is measure the length and depth of the space. The rack has a depth of 1114mm. To figure out how many bikes you can accommodate in a particular room, divide the length of the space, for example, 4000mm, by 305mm. Take one away from the total. In this case, 4000mm could easily accommodate 12 bikes.
It’s easy to use and fits all sorts of bicycles (except trikes!)
It’s quite simple to use. All you have to do is lift the front wheel onto the track and roll the bike up. The rack design focuses on balance without a need for an attachment for the rack. All bikes and tyre thicknesses, including the chunkiest mountain bike tyres, are compatible with the Semi Vertical Bike Rack.
